The 5 year warranty does not include the battery in the device. Customers will want to make sure they are using a charging block that is not larger than 2 amps or classified as a "fast" charger. They need to use a 5V/2A, USB-A to USB-C. Also, they want to make sure they are not leaving their device plugged in overnight
The Echo Go+ Bottles do not have a filter. Because they do not have filters in them, they would need to use water that is already filtered, Reverse Osmosis or distilled water with this device. Please do not use tap water as chlorinated water will harm the hydrogen generator's membrane.
